control group:Total parenteral nutrition (TPN) will be administrated to patients from day1 to day7 after the operation. Non-protein energy of the TPN is 120kJ/kg/d, of which 60% is supplied by glucose and 40% by fat emulsion. Amino acid of the TPN is 0.8-1.0g/kg/d. Electrolyte, vitamins, trace elements will be added into the TPN. Glucose/insulin ratio is 5:1.
